BILLING

When you call our office for your appointment, we will give you an estimate of the fees for the visit. We will be happy to accept your personal check, Visa, MasterCard, or cash. ALL co pays and deductible is due on the time the services are rendered.

We are participating providers for Medicare and many managed care networks. Therefore, as a service to you, we will accept your co-insurance or co-payment at the time of your appointment and will bill your insurance directly as a courtesy. Please bring your current insurance card(s) with you so that we can assist you in determining your benefits.

For our HMO patients, we ask your assistance in obtaining a written authorization from your primary physician prior to your scheduled appointment. Without this, your appointment may be delayed.  We encourage you to communicate your needs to us.
