To make a prescription refill request: For refills only! Requests for new medications are not part of this service. Please allow one to two business day for your request to be called into your pharmacy. Due to the high volume of requests received daily, you will not receive a call from our medical assistants unless they have a question about your prescription. Please call your pharmacy after 2 business day to be sure they have your medication ready for you. Each prescription will be called in or faxed to your pharmacy within 48 hours (except Sat. and Sun.).
